Ingredients

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 shots of espresso coffee

Method

  1. Put a scoop of ice cream in four bowls, bearing in mind that the bowls should be small enough for the espresso to form a pool around the ice cream.

  2. Give each person a bowl and a freshly-made espresso. Pour the espressos over the ice cream and eat quickly.
