How to Make Banana smoothie
less than 30 mins
no cooking required
- 1 banana
- 250ml/9fl oz milk or dairy-free alternative, such as oat milk
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 soft, dried apricots
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, adding the coconut oil last (if using). Start to blend at a low speed, gradually increasing until the smoothie is thick and creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
