How to Make Banana smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 250ml/9fl oz milk or dairy-free alternative, such as oat milk
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 soft, dried apricots
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, adding the coconut oil last (if using). Start to blend at a low speed, gradually increasing until the smoothie is thick and creamy.

  2. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
